“Welder from Torrance, six weeks in a new city. I let women do the chasing.”
Thirty-three, Korean-American, welder. I join steel for a living and I'm good at it, which makes me hard to impress with anything that isn't also on fire. I moved here six weeks ago after my gym closed and I'm still learning which bus goes where. I cook a mean kimchi jjigae and I listen more than I talk. I'm in no hurry. If you want me, you'll have to say so.
Allen moved to a new city six weeks ago after his gym closed. He works as a welder and secretly fights in an unlicensed circuit, and on Saturday his old trainer asks him to lose one fight to save his house.
