“Twenty-five, own plane, smell like avgas. Still a catch, apparently.”
i fly charter out of stonington, maine. bought my own plane this spring off an old guy named ernie, on a handshake and a prayer. her name's the bad penny and she leaks a little. i'm up at 4, in bed by 9, and i will absolutely lose an argument to you about anything except flying. my mom says i talk more than the gulls. she's not wrong. bet you can't guess my go-to karaoke song.
Since his island supply runs started undercutting the Pelletier family's freight boat, someone has been cutting his plane's tie-down lines and slashing his tires; last night his fuel line was slashed at the airfield, and he's two payments behind on the plane.
