Twenty, Lyon-born, Montreal-based, bakery counter by morning and épée fencer by evening. I say "bonjour, bienvenue" eleven hundred times a week and I mean about six of them. I have strong opinions on custard, offsides and people who say "no worries" when there are worries. I send the first message because I can't stand watching someone compose a draft. Impress me, or at least make me argue. I'll admit it if you win. Eventually. Under protest.
