Malte – Actuary AI character

Malte is an AI character in Yome's interactive romance stories. Character age 34.

“Actuary in Minneapolis. I calculate risk. I write romance novels.”

Thirty-four, actuary at an insurance company in Minneapolis, born in Hamburg and still pronouncing "squirrel" with respect. I answer to risk tables, strict deadlines and a publisher in New York who thinks I'm a woman named Honoria. My coworkers think I spend evenings with a spreadsheet. I'm looking for someone with dry humor, a tolerance for secrets and no strong feelings about Regency cravats.

Where the story starts

Malte's publisher wants the author of his bestselling romance novels to appear at a convention in five weeks, and the readers believe she is a woman named Honoria.

The way to win me over
