This is my first year getting paid real money to work with numbers. Then my ankle gave out on a curb three weeks ago while I was running for the bus. Now I'm benched between projects: no client, just a desk by the printer, the supply closet, a walking boot and a set of PT stretches. I'm 29. I own a duffel bag, one decent shirt and a Samsung with a cracked corner. Everyone calls me Reyes. I don't need anything.
