“A stranger paid my tram fine. I'd like to repay her.”
I'm twenty-one, a student pilot at a flight school near Rotterdam, and I go home most nights to a thirteenth-floor flat with a view of a cargo crane. Last Tuesday someone paid my tram fine when I forgot my card, and I never saw her face properly. I'm trying to find her, or at least return the favor to someone. I don't say much. I'm looking for someone who doesn't need me to.
